Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow

You know, when we moved up North, these kids complained about the cold. The Wild Child would go as far as to say that she wanted to go back to Mexico. We have never been to Mexico, but she heard it was warm and wanted to go.

So it came as a surprise the other day, when I overheard them "pretending" it was snowing outside. I come around the corner and what do I find? That's right. Four kids wearing snow boots in August telling me how they are tired being hot and when is it going to snow?

What a bunch of posers!

I'm ready for snow too! Well, at least for the fall and maybe a frost - but not TOO early!!

Oh kids, sometimes there is just no pleasing them. That is too funny though, I love all the boots and 'playing snow.'

Oh please don't let it snow very soon. This summer went way to fast and I still have a lot to do outside! Tell those cute kids of yours to knock on wood.

I'm so SO ready for the cooler weather! But not snow yet...we still need to get our fence up and finish the deck.

They are little posers. Check out the nads on the hips and all. That is awesome.

I'm with your kids. After a few winters in WA with pretty much no snow, I can't wait for a good UT snow storm (and neither can my kids, but mostly only because they think it means I will make them hot cocoa -- how sad is that -- that they have to wait for a snow storm for me to make it when all you have to do is add water!).

That's a great picture! I love all the colorful snow boots. You have such a cute crew there.

BTW, snow boots? We have no such thing here in Texas because it rarely snow!! How cool...I want snow boots.

Bwahaha! My kids used to dress up in my daughter's fancy clothes and hats and have Polish tea parties. Kids are so weird!

Didn't we just have winter in June? Then straight to summer and now they're ready for snow? Tell them to be careful what they wish for, there's still a lot of road construction that needs to be done!
