Back seat drivers

Why is it that a four year old thinks she has the ability to drive better than her mother. Really, I get yelled at to go when the light is red, told I am going the wrong way and to go faster because,"it is taking for a long time." I wonder how long after they have driver's licenses before I can return the favor?

too funny. Oh they will have it coming when it is their turn behind the wheel.

Ours likes to keep track of the speed limit and lets me know when I am going too fast! I hope he is that attentive when he is 16!

It doesn't take them long as soon as they start drivers ed to point out all your errors. The worst thing is when they repeat all your "road rage" comments like, "GO!" Then you see how stupid you look talking to people who can't hear what you're saying anyway.

Thanks for stopping by!

When my girls get their drivers license, I am planting my butt in the backseat and getting them back good!!
(probably not, but it sounds good when I think about ALL they say!) LOL

My nephew use to tell his gpa..."you are going 70 mph in a 65 mph zone."

I have two backseat drivers of my own. My favorite is when I'm turning left and they start screaming at me. "WHY AREN'T YOU GOING? THE LIGHT IS GREEN!!!!" I try to explain that since I'm turning left I have to wait my turn, even if it is green. The still yell. I also get the what-for if they think it's taken too long to get there.
